Justin Fazzolari, DMD, MD, is a Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Harvard University and his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Columbia University’s Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Fazzolari completed a general surgery internship and a six-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New York- Presbyterian Hospital / Columbia University Medical Center. He is trained in a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures such as dental implants, advanced bone grafting and jaw reconstruction, wisdom tooth removal, adult and pediatric dental extractions, impacted tooth exposure, orthognathic (jaw) surgery, management of oral infections and pathology. He is also trained in intravenous (IV) sedation, the administration of nitrous oxide inhalation, Botox, and hyaluronic acid filler injections.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Fazzolari received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Rutgers University. He spent four formative years in Boston during his dental training before returning to New York City.
Dr. Fazzolari is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, care for his patients. He strives to put every patient at ease with his calm demeanor and straightforward nature. He plans to retain his affiliation with Columbia University to support patient care and help teach the next generations of surgeons. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
He resides in the Upper West Side with his fiance and cat, Mozzarella. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant cultural and culinary scene, traveling, cycling, and trips down the Jersey Shore.
